The 2026 national high school graduation exam took place on 11-12/6, involving over 1,22 million candidates, a record high. Yesterday, candidates took the two compulsory subjects: literature and mathematics.
Physics is one of nine elective subjects, alongside foreign languages, chemistry, informatics, biology, history, geography, economic and legal education, and technology. The physics exam was held on the morning of 12/6.
Last year, nearly 350,000 candidates nationwide took the physics exam, with an average score of 6.99 and a median of 7. Over 3,900 students achieved perfect scores, a significant increase compared to 55 students in 2024.
Candidates will receive their graduation exam scores on 1/7. Following this, they will have 5 days to request a score review. University admission applications and adjustments can be made from 2/7 until 17h on 14/7. University admission results will be available after 17h on 9/8.
