Adaptability is key in today's rapidly changing job market, said a former deputy director of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) in a recent livestream.

In a livestream titled "Career Guidance 5.0: All about university aspirations and the right career strategy," hosted by FPT University, two education experts, Dr. Nguyen Duc Nghia, former deputy director of VNU-HCM, and Mr. Le Binh Trung, head of admissions at FPT University's Ho Chi Minh City campus, discussed career choices in the digital age.

The 60-minute program provided a comprehensive overview of career trends in the digital age, strategies for choosing the right major and university, and criteria for selecting a well-rounded university environment.

The program, structured around three main topics: "Understanding yourself and the job market in the 5.0 era," "Choosing the right major for a sustainable future," and "Choosing the right university for comprehensive development," offered practical career guidance for 12th-grade students and parents in a job market impacted by AI and digital transformation.
