On the afternoon of 9/8, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced admission scores for its six majors. Two majors, medicine and odonto-stomatology, required over 27 points. While medicine maintained last year's score, odonto-stomatology increased by 0,2 points to 27,19.
All other majors saw increased admission scores. Nursing experienced the most significant rise, climbing from 19 points last year to 22,76 this year.
These scores have been standardized to a 30-point scale based on high school graduation exam results, accounting for various admission methods and subject combinations.

This year, the Vietnam National University medical school will admit 720 students through three methods: direct admission and priority admission (2%), high school graduation exam scores, a combination of English certificates and graduation exam scores, national assessment exam (HSA) scores, and consideration for ethnic minority candidates.
Tuition fees for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, are projected to be from 68,42 to 70 million VND for students enrolling next year. Other majors will have a fee of 53,2 million VND.
