This year, Hanoi national university of education plans to enroll almost 5,000 students in 50 programs through three methods: based on national high school graduation exam results; based on achievements and outstanding abilities; and based on the school's competency assessment test (SPT) scores.
As required by the ministry of education and training, universities using multiple methods and combinations must convert scores to a common scale. Two days ago, the university released its conversion table.
