General conversion formula:
X = a + (Y - c) * (b - a) / (d - c)
Where:
X: Converted score to the original admission method - Method 4
Y: Admission score according to the admission method to be converted
a: Starting value of the score range for Method 4
b: Ending value of the score range for Method 4
c: Starting value of the score range for the admission method to be converted
d: Ending value of the score range for the admission method to be converted
For example: If a candidate achieves 28 points using admission Method 2B, for Pharmacy, the converted score to the original method is:
X = 25.00 + (28.00 - 27.82) * (25.50 - 25.00) / (28.37 - 27.82) = 25.16.
