Ho Chi Minh City University of Education announced its minimum admission threshold and score differentials between subject combinations on the morning of 11/7. This minimum score is the lowest a candidate must achieve to register their preferences, including priority points.
Teacher training majors have the highest minimum scores, ranging from 19 to 24 out of 30, based on high school graduation exam results. Physical education has the lowest minimum score, while mathematics education, physics education, chemistry education, literature education, history education, and geography education have the highest.
These majors also have the highest minimum scores for the admission method combining specialized competency assessment scores, set at 22 out of 30 points.
For non-teacher training majors, the university accepts applications with scores ranging from 17-23 and 16-21 points, respectively, across the two admission methods.
Candidates applying with a combination of high school graduation exam scores and aptitude test scores for early childhood education, physical education, and national defense and security education majors must achieve a minimum of one-third of the university's announced minimum score in either mathematics or literature.

Last year, the admission scores for Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, based on high school graduation exam results, were highest at 29,38 for chemistry education and lowest for French language with 19 points.
When considering the combined scores from the university's competency assessment, admission scores ranged from 17,13 to 28,16.
