Logistics tuition fees range from 16 to 80 million VND annually

Logistics tuition for new university students next year ranges from 16 to 80 million VND, with the highest fees at the University of Economics and Finance and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

The lowest tuition is at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture, at 16 million VND. Several universities offer logistics programs for under 20 million VND, including Vietnam Maritime University (16.4 million VND), University of Information and Communications Technology – Thai Nguyen University (16.5 million VND), and Hanoi Metropolitan University (18.5 million VND).

Universities with the highest tuition fees often offer programs with enhanced English language instruction, international orientations, or affiliations with foreign universities. The common range is generally between 20 and 40 million VND.

University tuition has increased over the past two years, partly due to the tuition fee ceiling increase under Government Decrees 81 (2021) and 97 (2023).

Accordingly, the maximum tuition for public universities that have not yet covered recurrent expenditures for the 2025-2026 academic year is 1.59-3.11 million VND per month, roughly 11-12% higher than the previous academic year.

For universities that have covered recurrent expenditures (autonomous), tuition can be 2.5 times the ceiling. For programs that have been accredited, universities can determine their own tuition fees.
