This year, nearly 850,000 students applied for university admission, submitting a total of about 7.6 million applications. On average, each student submitted nearly 9 applications, a significant increase compared to previous years.
From 17/8 to 20/8, the Ministry uploaded the admission results for all methods to the system and conducted six rounds of virtual filtering to finalize the results. This process aims to ensure that each student is admitted to only one program.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the institution in charge of the virtual filtering process in the north, stated that it has collaborated to update and complete the software, adjust the process, and develop a general technical plan for the entire system.
Following the virtual filtering process, universities will announce their admission scores from 5 PM on 20/8 to 5 PM on 22/8.
