I graduated with a degree in international business from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City but want to become a teacher.

I already have a bachelor's degree and want to pursue a second degree in english education to teach at a high school in my hometown.

Does Ho Chi Minh City University of Education offer second degree programs in education? If so, what is the admission process and what are the requirements? I'd appreciate any advice.
