Should I study finance at the Banking Academy of Vietnam or the National Economics University?

My niece has promising exam scores but is unsure whether to study finance at the Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV) or the National Economics University (NEU).

My niece is applying to university to study finance, specifically financial investment.
