A TAS representative shared that in today's rapidly changing world, parents often prioritize curriculum, development environment, future orientation, community support, and character and intellectual development programs when choosing a school for their children.
"Therefore, we have built an educational environment at TAS with a strong academic foundation, providing multi-faceted support and a skill-building space to meet children's comprehensive development needs," the representative added.
Academic foundation
One of the clearest demonstrations of TAS's academic strength is its students' achievements. In the 2024-2025 academic year, TAS's graduating class earned over 30 scholarships totaling more than 2 million USD from prestigious universities such as UC Berkeley, UC Davis (USA), University of Toronto (Canada), Monash University, University of Melbourne, and RMIT University (Australia).
"These results are the fruit of a personalized American-standard curriculum, combined with long-term strategic orientation, the support of highly qualified international teachers, and a career guidance program from grades 9 to 12," the TAS representative said.

Khoa Thi, mother of 12th-grader Nguyen Thu Ky, shared that when her daughter chose UC Berkeley in California, the family knew the journey wouldn't be easy. However, the teachers at TAS consistently supported and guided her to achieve her dream. Thu Ky was accepted into UC Berkeley, one of the top and most competitive public universities in the US, and received three scholarships worth over 200,000 USD from other US universities.
Multifaceted development environment
TAS applies Professor Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences from Harvard University, recognizing that intelligence is not limited to IQ or mathematical logic. Children can succeed in many ways: art, sports, social interaction, spatial reasoning, and more. Accordingly, the school cultivates a humanistic learning environment aimed at helping each student develop their unique strengths.
The American School is located on a 25,000 m2 campus in the heart of what was formerly District 2. It boasts over 100 modern classrooms, a library with over 35,000 books, science labs, a professional theater, and a sports complex with two soccer fields, two basketball courts, two swimming pools, a gym, and a boxing room. The school designs arts, STEAM, sports, and soft skills programs to help students develop comprehensively – intellectually, physically, emotionally, and creatively.

Sports influencer Nick Q Tran (Tran Quang Duc), a TAS alumnus from the class of 2015, shared that sports are an integral part of his life, nurtured during his middle and high school years at TAS. From the school's courts, he was recruited to the national basketball team. Now, sports have become his career.
"TAS gave me the foundation of health, discipline, and passion to pursue a professional sports career," he added.
Comprehensive support
Under the leadership of its new CEO, educator Van Xuan Thien, in addition to upgrading facilities and innovating the curriculum, TAS focuses on attracting high-quality international teachers and education experts.
"Our vision is to make TAS a leading American-standard international school in Vietnam, where students learn in an inspiring environment, maximize their potential, and become ready to be global citizens," Van Xuan Thien affirmed.

According to Thien, education is a partnership between school and family. At TAS, parents are a crucial part of their children's learning journey. The open and transparent communication culture within this multinational and multicultural environment fosters deep trust within the parent community.
In addition, TAS's tuition fees are also optimized to suit many Vietnamese families and foreign experts and businesspeople living in Ho Chi Minh City. The school is offering tuition discounts of up to 100 million VND for 25 new students in the 2025-2026 school year.
