On the afternoon of 22/8, the University of Economics and Law, a member of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), released its admission scores for all admission methods.
Successful applicants to UEL must achieve an average score of at least 8.3 in each subject on the high school graduation exam. The program with the highest admission score is international business (specializing in international logistics and supply chain management) at 28.08. The lowest is civil law (English program) at 23.5.
The average admission score by training area is: economics - 25.61, business - 26.4, and law - 25.04. Twenty programs saw an increase in admission scores compared to last year.
The top scorer through this admission method is Tran Ngoc Minh Thanh from Tran Van Quan High School in Ho Chi Minh City, admitted to the economic law program (specializing in international commercial law) with a score of 29 in the A01 exam combination (excluding regional and preferential points).

This year, UEL is admitting 2,700 students through three methods: direct admission, priority admission according to Ministry of Education and Training and VNU-HCM regulations, high school graduation exam scores, and assessment test scores.
Tuition fees for the 2025 academic year at UEL are 31.5 million VND per year for Vietnamese programs and 65 million VND for English programs.
Last year, the admission scores based on the high school graduation exam ranged from 24.39 to 27.44 out of 30, with e-commerce having the highest entry requirement.
