Tuyet Da, a 19-year-old talent, has emerged as the new muse for renowned Hong Kong director Chau Tinh Tri, securing a leading role in his latest film, "Kungfu Nu Tuc". Her selection from over 10,000 hopefuls marks a significant debut in the entertainment industry. The film has already made a substantial impact at the Chinese box office this summer, grossing over 500 million yuan (74 million USD) in its first three days.

The young actress also signed a contract to join the entertainment company founded by Chau Tinh Tri.

Tuyet Da’s journey to stardom began after she recently graduated from high school and enrolled as a new student at the Central Academy of Drama (Beijing). According to On, her breakthrough came after an extensive audition process. During her initial meeting with the "Kungfu Nu Tuc" production team, the casting director requested she run multiple times. Later, when she advanced to meet Chau Tinh Tri, the director asked her to perform a Latin dance. Despite having no formal dance training, Tuyet Da improvised her movements, impressing the director.

In the film, she plays a character named Tuyet Da, from a humble background, who is a member of the Nga Mi women's soccer team.
