Since late June, Chi Bao has been vacationing in England with his wife and children and visiting Gia Cat, his eldest son from his first marriage. On 5/7/2024, they explored scenic spots in Scotland and London.

In 2024, Chi Bao attended his son's graduation ceremony. He expressed pride in Gia Cat's diligence, independence, and increasing maturity. "He always strives despite my infrequent presence," Chi Bao said.

In 7/2024, Gia Cat graduated from The University of Manchester, located in Manchester, England. The university is a leading global institution, ranking 35 in the QS World University Rankings 2026, and has been home to 25 Nobel laureates, according to Top Universities. For the past two years, he pursued a master's degree and has now earned his qualification. The family states that Gia Cat is currently working for a law firm in London.

Chi Bao stated that the family respects Gia Cat's decisions and future choices.
