On 20/4, People magazine announced Anne Hathaway as the cover star gracing its World's Most Beautiful issue. The magazine also featured an interview with the actress, delving into her views on beauty, her career, and new projects, including her return in The Devil Wears Prada 2.
When asked how she defines beauty, Hathaway shared, "A filmmaker once told me: 'Beauty can contain ugliness as long as it holds truth.' So, I think beauty is something like that."

At 44, Anne Hathaway revealed her beauty secret involves massage, particularly facial contouring treatments. She also enjoys exercising, often training with a personal coach.
Regarding aging, Hathaway believes people need to be more serious about self-care. "I think entering your 40s, people have the opportunity to observe the results of specific decisions over time. This allows you to assess whether you want to continue or make new choices," she stated.
The actress added that what she loves about being in her 40s is no longer being caught in the whirlwind of everything around her. "Before, I didn't truly understand the phrase: 'Take it with a grain of salt.' Now, nothing is worth dwelling on. In the past, every high felt like life was amazing, every low felt terrible. But now, I truly appreciate the ease. It's hard to achieve that state, so I cherish it greatly," Anne Hathaway further explained.

During the interview, Anne Hathaway paid tribute to her husband, businessman Adam Shulman, 45, for his unwavering support. The couple married in 2012 and now have two sons.
"I am so lucky to have him as my life partner. If I hadn't realized it before last year, I understand it even more now, seeing how well he handles everything. I hope that doesn't sound like bragging, but he truly is a dream partner," she said. The actress added that she would not have achieved what she has today without him.
Anne Hathaway, born in 1982 in the US, is one of the world's most successful actresses, with two Oscars and three Golden Globe Awards. In 2015, she was Hollywood's highest-paid actress. She currently lives with her husband and children in New York, US.
