Bao Ngoc will compete with 110 contestants in the 73rd edition of the competition's final, taking place on the evening of 5/9 in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.

She has achieved notable success, winning the top model challenge for the Asia - Oceania region, securing a spot in the top 40. She also reached the top 20 in the head-to-head challenge, top 23 in the talent segment, and top 24 in the beauty with a purpose category.

The 1,86 m tall contestant was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022 and was the first runner-up at Miss World Vietnam 2022. She founded Gen Zero, an organization empowering young people to engage in climate and sustainable development issues. She is also preparing for a master's degree in public policy and environment in the US. Missosology predicts Bao Ngoc will place in the top 5 of the competition.

Asia Rose Simpson, 18, is one of the youngest contestants at Miss World 2026 and has stood out since the competition's start. Beauty pageant website Missosology predicts the Philippine contestant will secure the first runner-up title. Simpson won the head-to-head challenge for the Asia - Oceania region, directly advancing to the top 40, and also reached the top 3 in the talent segment.

The 1,7 m tall contestant enjoys writing, painting, and music. She studied dance from a young age and appeared on Pilipinas Got Talent at 8 years old.

Miss Thailand Kanteera Techaphattanakul, 25, possesses a sweet beauty. When crowned domestically in May, she garnered attention for her story of overcoming adversity. According to Nationthailand, the beauty was born into an ethnic minority family in Chiang Rai and grew up in difficult circumstances. She pursued her studies diligently, is currently a medical laboratory technician, and graduated from Chiang Mai University. The contestant also studied public administration and received academic and social activity awards before entering beauty pageants.

She previously reached the top 20 at Miss Universe Thailand 2023, then won the Miss Chiang Mai 2026 title. At Miss World 2026, Kanteera Techaphattanakul has received significant support, currently ranking among the top 5 contestants with the most audience votes.

Indian contestant Nikita Porwal has been praised as "radiantly beautiful" by many beauty websites at Miss World. She is 24, stands 1,68 m tall, and is an actress, model, scriptwriter, and creative director for a theater troupe. She studied performing arts and has participated in over 60 plays. At Miss World, Porwal presented a project supporting women and children in minority communities in India. She previously placed in the top 5 of the top model challenge for the Asia - Oceania region.

Taanusiya Chetty, 26, stands 1,73 m tall and represents Malaysia. She is an English teacher, model, and social activist. She garnered attention during presentations due to her fluency in English, Chinese, and Tamil. Chetty reached the top 6 in the beauty with a purpose challenge for the Asia - Oceania region with a project focused on expanding educational opportunities for children in disadvantaged communities in her home country. She stated her desire to become the first Malaysian to win the Miss World crown.

Audrey Bianca Callista, the Indonesian contestant, is 23 years old and 1,73 m tall. She graduated with a degree in international relations and is a speaker, model, and social activist. Audrey speaks English, German, and Dutch. She won the multimedia challenge for the Asia-Pacific region, directly advancing to the top 40. The beauty also possesses strong performance skills, having previously competed in Indonesia's Next Top Model and reaching the top 9.

After 72 seasons, Miss World is being held in Vietnam for the first time. Organized by Sen Vang company in collaboration with the Miss World Organization, the event has traveled through three provinces: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Khanh Hoa, from 8/8 to 5/9. The final will take place on an outdoor stage, set up on Nha Trang beach within 2/4 Square.

First held in 1951, Miss World is one of the two largest and oldest beauty pageants globally, alongside Miss Universe. The competition celebrates a spirit of global unity by seeking young women with beauty, education, and meaningful community projects.
