Katleen Phan Vo is the daughter of Grandmaster Nam Anh, head of the orthodox Wing Chun school, and Miss Cinema 1992 Thanh Xuan. In 2017, she returned to Vietnam from Canada to serve as an interpreter for martial artist Flores, a disciple of the Wing Chun school, during his challenge and exchange visits. Despite having studied Law, she gradually discovered a passion for acting and sought opportunities to pursue it professionally. Her parents supported her entry into film and the entertainment industry.

She first gained attention after appearing in the film "Lat Mat 4" (2019), which grossed VND 120 billion for director Ly Hai. The actress made her debut in a lead role in the film "Vo Sinh Dai Chien" (directed by Ba Cuong), released in 2021. She has also appeared in other projects such as "Tao Quay" and "Luong Duyen Ngan Kiep".
