According to ENews, Pax Thien, along with his mother, brother Maddox, and twins Vivienne-Knox, attended Zahara's graduation ceremony at Spelman College in Georgia on 17/5. The entire family celebrated Zahara earning her bachelor's degree in psychology. This marked a rare public appearance for the Jolie family.

The graduation ceremony also drew attention to Zahara's name being called. On stage, she was introduced as Zahara Marley Jolie, rather than using the Jolie-Pitt surname. This was not the first time she publicly used the new name; in 11/2023, Zahara introduced herself this way at a school event.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have six children together: three adopted and three biological. After their parents' divorce in 2016, the children have lived with Jolie in Los Angeles. Besides Zahara, three others have dropped their father's surname: Maddox, 25, Shiloh, 20, and Vivienne, 18.

Shiloh, the biological daughter of the couple, is the only one who has officially filed a court petition to change her name. Pax Thien, 23, and Knox, 18, are reportedly still using their original names. However, Pax Thien is known to have a strained relationship with his father, having criticized the actor on Father's Day in 2020.

In recent years, Angelina Jolie's children have maintained private lives. Some work in the entertainment industry, primarily in behind-the-scenes roles. Maddox and Pax Thien have previously worked as assistant directors on some of their mother's films. Sources indicate that Pax did not attend college and works as a game artist under the pseudonym Embtto to avoid public attention.

Shiloh is currently a dancer, gaining notice for her background dancing in Kpop singer Dayoung's music video "What's a girl to do." Youngest daughter Vivienne assisted her mother in producing the musical "The Outsiders" (2024). Zahara is interested in social issues and is inspired by her mother to engage in humanitarian work. There is no information available regarding Knox's career path.
