The concert, organized by T&T Group at T&T City Millennia (Can Giuoc commune, Tay Ninh province), commemorates the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2025) and National Day (2/9/1945 - 2/9/2025). Duc Tuan will reinterpret the classic song "Ballad of the Southern Land" with a pop twist. His powerful, emotive tenor voice, combined with a contemporary folk and semi-classical arrangement, promises a surprising opening performance.
The performance draws inspiration from the Vam Co River, a waterway steeped in history and culture. "The river serves as a narrative thread, linking the past and present, and guiding the audience into a new era where music is not just for enjoyment, but also for storytelling," a representative of the organizing committee said.
Produced by Le Thanh Tam, the program aims to be Tay Ninh's grandest spectacle of art, light, and technology. On the concert's Facebook page, many fans expressed excitement about Duc Tuan's participation, praising his tenor voice and technique. For years, he has focused on revitalizing classic, pre-war, revolutionary, and musical theater pieces rather than pursuing mainstream trends.

For the "Unleashing Heritage - Stepping into a New Era" concert, T&T Group has invested heavily in an outdoor stage system with sound, light, and visual mapping effects, aiming for a "feast for the eyes and ears." The event will also feature a performance by 1,150 drones, the largest of its kind in Tay Ninh.
The organizers will inaugurate two new features: the Millennia Journey pedestrian street (themed "Millennium Journey," inspired by Marco Polo's exploration of the East) and the River of Lights (themed "Modern Technology River").
The concert is free and open to the public.
