Former model Loni Willison, ex-wife of "Baywatch" star Jeremy Jackson, now homeless

Former model Loni Willison, ex-wife of "Baywatch" star Jeremy Jackson, is now homeless and often searches for food and clothing in trash cans.

Loni Willison, 42, was recently seen on the streets of Beverly Hills wearing worn clothing but sporting a Rolex watch. The origin of the accessory is unknown, with some speculating it might be a replica. Willison was a successful model before her life took a downward turn in 2018.

Born in 1983 in California, Willison was a rising star in the modeling world during the 2000s. She appeared on the covers of fitness magazines like Glam Fit, Iron Man, and Flavor, known for her blonde hair and toned physique.

In 2012, she married actor Jeremy Jackson, who struggled with substance abuse during his time on "Baywatch." Their marriage was tumultuous, marked by arguments related to alcohol. In August 2014, police were called to their home after Jackson was accused of assaulting Willison. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed a disturbance call, reporting that Willison suffered injuries to her neck and two broken ribs, along with scratches on her face and body.

According to OK! Magazine, Willison did not press charges, but the incident led to their divorce that same year. Following the separation, Willison's career declined. She lost her job as an assistant to a plastic surgeon due to her deteriorating mental health. She also became unable to maintain her physique for modeling. Unable to earn a living, she fell into debt and lost her car and home.

In 2018, the Daily Mail first published photos of Willison's homeless life. During this time, she reportedly developed a methamphetamine addiction, further impacting her mental health. She told the Daily Mail she had been "tortured" and "electrocuted" in her former home. Due to her unstable mental state, she believed her body was filled with electricity and claimed she "couldn't live indoors." She also experienced difficulty communicating with friends, eventually withdrawing from social interaction.

For Willison, homelessness became a "fight for survival." She chose not to bathe for a year as a form of self-defense. She explained, "I get robbed all the time. People take my stuff. I try to make myself look as dirty as possible so no one will mess with me. The dirtier, the better. I smell too. If I do those two things, it seems to work." She also cut her own hair to alter her appearance but continued to be targeted.

After the 2018 photos were published, Willison's friend, model Kristin Rossetti, brought her clothes, food, and paid for a hotel room. Rossetti offered to pay for rehab, but Willison refused and disappeared for two years. "I was so sad when she left, but you can't force somebody to get help. She needs to want it herself," Rossetti said in an interview.

Speaking to The Sun in 2020, Willison stated she had not spoken to her ex-husband and did not want to see friends. She maintained that she was fine and didn't want help. She also claimed that no one cared about her or wanted to see her. "I don't have a cell phone. I have food and I have a place to sleep. I get money here and there and food in the bins and from shops. There’s plenty around," she added.

Last year in the Daily Mail, Jeremy Jackson spoke about his ex-wife's situation: "Losing Loni is like dealing with someone’s death. I’ve tried numerous times to get her back, but it’s been impossible." According to Jackson, Willison was a former adult film star and had experienced paranoia due to anxiety.

Jackson, 44, has also experienced "the biggest depression of his life." He says he has not proposed or married anyone else. "She was my only choice, and now I’ve lost her," he stated.
