Organizers challenged the contestants by requiring them to navigate nearly 20 steep stairs before reaching their final posing spot.

Emoura Pham wore a two-piece swimsuit and a ponytail for the demanding segment. She revealed that contestants had time to familiarize themselves with the stage. The previous night, she stayed late to practice and consulted her catwalk coach for advice on moving safely while maintaining her appeal.

Contestants from Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Tanzania, Guatemala, Paraguay, Philippines, and the United States also delivered impressive performances in this round. Beauty pageant specialized websites consider them potential contenders for the crown.

The event commenced with all 77 beauties performing a synchronized dance to vibrant music alongside Miss Grand International 2025 Emma Tiglao. The organizers will announce the winner of the "best in swimsuit" title at the final competition on the evening of 10/10.

Over the past two weeks, the contestants have engaged in various activities, including cultural experiences, interviews, talent shows, and voting rounds on MGI's platforms. This year, the organizers introduced a format change, reserving one spot in the top 5 for the contestant who receives the highest audience appreciation.

Nawat Itsaragrisil, a Thai national, founded Miss Grand International in 2013. The pageant aims to spread a message of peace, advocating for an end to war and violence. The competition is held annually, rotating among various countries. Miss Grand has taken place twice in Vietnam, in 2017 (An Giang) and 2023 (Ho Chi Minh City).

The 14th season was initially announced to be held in India. However, in early September, Nawat decided against hosting the competition there due to unresolved agreement conditions with the host unit.
