The photo garnered nearly two million likes within hours of being posted, attracting over 10,000 comments congratulating the family. Currently, Barbara Palvin and her husband have not yet announced their daughter's name but have given her a nickname. On the Wildmen podcast in July, former Disney star Dylan Sprouse revealed that he and his wife call the baby "principessa," which means princess in Italian. In another interview in July, Palvin joked that having a daughter would help her husband calm down.

The couple held their wedding in Barbara Palvin's home country of Hungary in July 2023, after about five years of dating. At Cannes 2026 in May, the model garnered attention when she walked the red carpet with her husband, openly pregnant.

Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse first met in 2017 under unusual circumstances. On the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast in August, Sprouse recounted that day Palvin cut him off on the red carpet at an event, which annoyed him. He said: "I don't care how beautiful you are.
