The Gentlemen season two follows Eddie Horniman (Theo James) and Susie Glass (Kaya Scodelario) – daughter of kingpin Bobby Glass – as they expand their criminal empire beyond the UK. Set one year after the first season, Eddie no longer seeks to escape the underworld but instead begins to leverage his aristocratic status.

From director Guy Ritchie's perspective, fashion is integral to this transformation. On Tudum, costume designer Loulou Bontemps stated that tailored suits, vintage pieces, jewelry, and accessories are used to define each character's status, personality, and confidence.

In season two, Eddie has grown accustomed to his new position in the underworld. A tailored brown suit, shirt, tie, shoes, and watch create the image of a classic English aristocrat, while Eddie's use of cigars suggests the character's dominance over the criminal world. Bontemps increased the use of suspenders and structured jackets to give Eddie an attractive appearance.

Colors are employed to signal Eddie's transformation. According to Bontemps, season two incorporates more red hues into his costumes as a sign of anger. Eddie no longer dresses to blend in but to assert his presence. Red creates a striking contrast amidst the browns and familiar subdued tones of the English aristocracy.

Susie's wardrobe combines prominent patterned designer brands and vintage pieces, paired with high heels, large earrings, headscarves, handbags, and sunglasses.

In the photo, Susie wears an oversized cream jacket with long fringes on the sleeves. She pairs the outfit with a pink handbag, white-framed sunglasses, small earrings, and rings. Costume designer Loulou Bontemps likens the character's attire to armor, helping her assert power.

Eddie maintains aristocratic sartorial rules with shirts, ties, tailored trousers, and patterned sweaters. In contrast, Susie adopts a more unconventional style, incorporating blazers, jewelry, and layered patterns.

This stylistic difference reflects their backgrounds. Eddie inherited his aristocratic status, while Susie has steadily established herself in the criminal underworld. She often combines various accessories like earrings, scarves, handbags, and sunglasses to create a distinctive impression.

As the two main characters expand their operations into northern Italy, Eddie's attire sheds its conventional constraints. He wears looser, more comfortable clothing made from materials like silk and cotton, in brighter colors. On Tudum, actor Theo James stated that the team drew upon typical Italian fashion styles and materials to create a new look for the character.

Beyond Eddie and Susie, the costumes of supporting characters are designed to match their status. Aisha (Maya Jama), for example, combines business fashion with English countryside elegance. According to Farlows, she often wears classic materials like tweed, paired with jackets, jeans, and high boots. This styling helps Aisha maintain a polished appearance while remaining suitable for the estate setting and her role in the underworld.

Charly Horniman (played by Jasmine Blackborow) embodies a youthful, feminine style with soft silhouettes and bright colors. Lady Sabrina (Joely Richardson) retains a regal look in patterned designs, bold colors, and silk fabrics. Bella (Benedetta Porcaroli) stands out with eye-catching pieces and accessories.
