Miss World Vietnam 2024 Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc in an ao dai by designer Lien Huong (right), who has dedicated over 30 years to traditional ao dai.

Duc Vincie (right) with second runner-up Miss Intercontinental 2023 Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang. She wore a design named "Phung ham tho", inspired by a phoenix soaring with a long silk ribbon in its beak.

Miss Charm 2025 Anna Blanco showcased an ao dai by designer Viet Hung (right). The designer stylized the collar, drawing inspiration from Northern Vietnamese "ao yem" (a traditional bodice), and used 3D floral embellishments on the garment's body and headpiece.

Designer Dinh Van Tho (right) walked with Miss Grand International 2023 Le Hoang Phuong. He utilized double-sided embroidery, hand-painting, and manual embellishments to represent the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, winter—with shifting color palettes on the attire.

Designer Song Toan with Nguyen Tran Khanh Van, Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 (center), presented a design named "Hoang phuong". The entire ao dai was covered with embroidered details, mimicking phoenix wings embracing the body. Each feather created a visual effect when in motion.

Miss World Vietnam 2019 Luong Thuy Linh wore a design from Pham Van Tuyen’s (right) collection titled "Long doi". The garment drew inspiration from the principle of paired forms in traditional art and craftsmanship, emphasizing symmetry.

Mister World Vietnam 2024 Pham Tuan Ngoc showcased a design by Ivan Tran (right).

Designer Ngo Nhat Huy (right) with Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, presenting an outfit named "Long phuong van ca". The ao dai was inspired by characteristic patterns and the cultural essence of Hue. The design featured linen silk and silk chiffon, combined with hand-embroidered and embellished dragon motifs.
