This event, celebrating International Women's Day on 8/3 and the 12th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival, also aimed to preserve national cultural identity and promote the city's friendly image as a tourist destination.

The program featured numerous singers, models, KOLs, and beauty queens. Miss International Environment Nguyen Thanh Ha expressed her pride, stating, "I am proud to be an ambassador for this event, immersing myself in the festive atmosphere of the celebration." Immediately following the mass performance, set to the song "Proud of 50 Years of Ho Chi Minh City", participants paraded around the Nguyen Hue Walking Street area.

This event was part of the 12th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival, themed "Golden Thread - Weaving Aspirations", which took place from 6/3 to 8/3. A series of festival activities were held at various locations: Ho Chi Minh President Monument Park, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Metro Line 1, and the showroom at 92-96 Nguyen Hue. Notable attendees included former Vice President Truong My Hoa, former Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh, Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, and Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc.
