BTS members Jimin and Jungkook recently explored Vietnam, immersing themselves in local culture and cuisine while filming for their reality show, "Are you sure? part two," streaming on Disney+.
The duo, who traveled from Switzerland, enjoyed traditional dishes like banh xeo and mi Quang, and even haggled for clothes at a local market.
During their visit, the singers embraced the local lifestyle. At a bustling market, they purchased clothes, with Jimin humorously asking vendors for a discount. Later, at a local restaurant, the two ordered nearly 10 dishes, including: banh xeo, mi Quang, fried rice, stir-fried water spinach with garlic, pho, and nem lui, showcasing their eagerness to sample Vietnamese flavors.

In the evening, Jimin and Jungkook enjoyed a boat ride in Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient town. They released lanterns onto the river, making wishes for their group's upcoming projects to achieve success.
Filmed last summer, the program documented Jimin and Jungkook's spontaneous trip, where they opted against hiring a guide, instead planning their own itinerary, accommodations, and activities.
Reflecting on the experience during a July livestream, Jimin shared, "The trip to Da Nang was so fun; the city is beautiful. We met a very friendly Vietnamese restaurant owner who complimented us on being handsome and even patted our cheeks."

Images of the two singers in Da Nang quickly circulated among thousands of fans on social media, many commenting on their charming and humorous demeanor. One fan wrote, "Jimin's market haul: a floral outfit with flip-flops, totally blending in!" Another quipped, "I wonder how much of a discount he got, he looks so happy."
BTS, a 7-member group, debuted in 2013. Jimin, 30, and Jungkook, 28, are prominent members. In 2021, Jimin topped KingChoice's "Kings of Kpop" poll, with Jungkook ranking third. Jungkook was also previously named People's "Sexiest International Man."
