Modus VivendiS, Alexandrova's modeling agency, announced her death on 13/8 on Instagram. The cause of death has not been disclosed. Colleagues and friends remember Alexandrova as intelligent, radiant, resilient, and a warm presence.

"She will forever remain a symbol of beauty, kindness, and inner strength for us. Our deepest condolences to Kseniya’s family and friends," the agency wrote.

Many fans expressed shock at the news. Alexandrova was an active figure in the fashion world, known for her sweet demeanor and stunning photoshoots. Her last social media post was on 4/7.

Alexandrova graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in finance in 2016. She later pursued a psychology degree at Moscow State Pedagogical University. In 2017, she was the first runner-up in Miss Russia and subsequently crowned Miss Universe Russia, competing in the international Miss Universe pageant. In addition to modeling, she worked as an emcee and psychologist. She married in March.
