Following the Miss World final, new Miss World Joheirry Mola Dominguez participated in a series of charitable activities and exchanges with partner organizations in Khanh Hoa, TP HCM, Quang Ninh, and Hai Phong. At an event in Quang Ninh, the beauty queen wore an ao dai by designer Duy Tran. This marked her first time choosing Vietnamese traditional attire since winning the crown, though she had worn ao dai in some previous Miss World activities.

The designer stated that the beauty queen was impressed by the idea of incorporating the distinctive blue hue from the crown she won. The outfit features a traditional silhouette with a soft cinched waist, updated through structural processing techniques on sheer mesh fabric.

The visual highlight lies in manually embossed blue chiffon strips, evoking the movement of water waves. Duy Tran applied acrylic paint directly onto the surface, creating a natural ombre effect. Thousands of beads and sequins meticulously attached to the chiffon allow the garment to shimmer with every movement, embodying the spirit of high-end evening wear design.
The designer said, "I want to uphold the core spirit of the Vietnamese ao dai, while incorporating modern material processing techniques to create a highly fashionable appearance."
