Set in a fishing village in Binh Thuan, the film revolves around two brothers, Tam (Quang Tuan) and Tuan (Ma Ran Do). A crisis erupts when ambergris, a treasure worth billions of Vietnamese dong and held sacred by the village, is stolen. The two brothers embark on a quest to retrieve it, confronting Cuong Lieu's (Doan Quoc Dam) gang before the sacred object is sold.
Quang Tuan admitted feeling the pressure of the lead role, as the martial arts-action genre is new to him. He spent months training with the Action C stunt team to master the fight choreography. "I struggled with the physical demands; even a single fight scene required meticulous preparation. Before filming, I had to run, jump rope, and build up my endurance on set," he said.
The actor expressed gratitude for the support of his wife, singer Linh Phi. She managed his filming and acting schedule, allowing him to focus on researching the story and developing his character. She also worked with him on the script, offering feedback on scenes where his acting faltered.

Quang Tuan, 40, is a familiar face in southern Vietnam's television dramas. He won the "Best Actor" award in the Television Film category at the 2016 Golden Kite Awards for his role in "Khuc Hat Mat Troi". In addition to film, he performs at the The Gioi Tre theater. In recent years, he has specialized in horror films such as "That Son Tam Linh", "Bong De", "Quy Cau", and "Tet o Lang Dia Nguc".
"Quy Nhap Trang," a horror film starring Quang Tuan, was released in March and became the highest-grossing Vietnamese horror film, earning 15 billion Vietnamese dong. He also made his mark in the war-history genre with his role as a science-loving guerrilla in "Dia Dao," directed by Bui Thac Chuyen. He and Linh Phi began dating after co-starring in the film "Ken Re" and married in 2016. They have two children.
"Truy Tim Long Dien Huong" is directed by Duong Minh Chien, the founder of Action C, a film group specializing in short action films. He has participated in several high-grossing projects, including "Lat Mat 1" (as a stunt double for Truong Giang), "Lat Mat 2," "Lat Mat 3," "Lat Mat 4" (as action coordinator), and the "Hung Long Phong Ba" series (as martial arts director).
