"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is set to premiere from 31/7 in Vietnam, offering audiences an expanded cinematic experience through the innovative ScreenX format. This marks a new advancement in viewing, as it is the first film in the series to be released under the "Shot for ScreenX" program. The multi-screen cinema format, developed by CJ 4Dplex, has been implemented by CGV in Vietnam since 2017.
The new film continues the events of *Spider-Man: No Way Home*, depicting Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) living in solitude after everyone forgets his identity. He must also adapt to unusual changes in his body and resolve a series of mysterious cases involving one of his most dangerous foes.

Instead of observing Spider-Man's movements on a traditional single screen, viewers can clearly perceive the height, speed, and scale of each action across three screens spanning 270 degrees. This immersive environment enhances the visual and emotional depth of every scene. "The ScreenX projection space makes images and characters more vivid, contributing to the emotional depth in each scene," a representative said.

Specifically, given the film's aerial action, scenes of web-slinging between buildings, city chases, and panoramas of New York will clearly leverage the format's advantages. Images extend from the central screen to the side walls of the cinema, creating a three-screen field of view that immerses viewers in the city's vastness. Director Destin Daniel Cretton stated, "This approach naturally connects the images on the main screen and the two auxiliary screens, delivering a seamless, immersive cinematic experience."
According to CGV, the ScreenX team was closely involved from the early stages of *Spider-Man: Brand New Day*'s production. Director Destin Daniel Cretton collaborated with Sony Pictures, CJ 4Dplex, and the ScreenX team to develop key scenes, optimizing the cinematic experience across three simultaneous screens while maintaining his creative vision.
