Interacting with the audience, Opal Suchata shared her fond memories from her reign as Miss World. She is scheduled to crown the new Miss World at the final in Khanh Hoa on 5/9.
In late July, Opal Suchata was named "Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2025" by the beauty website Global Beauties. She triumphed over 107 contestants to win the 72nd Miss World title in May 2025 in India.

Miss World 2026 will take place for nearly one month across three provinces: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Khanh Hoa. In the coming days, 111 contestants will enter sub-competitions: Miss Fashion, Miss Sports, Miss Talent, the Head-to-Head Challenge, and the Beauty with a Purpose project presentation.
First held in 1951, Miss World is one of the two largest and oldest beauty pageants globally, alongside Miss Universe. The platform honors global solidarity by seeking young women with beauty, education, and meaningful community projects. For many years, Miss World has embraced its core message: Beauty with a Purpose.
