In episode 12, the young children performed with singers Isaac, Jsol, Hurrykng, and Cody Nam Vo. On stage, the six children had a "graduation" moment from the show's skill-building class.

Danil, the three-year-old son of goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung and model Dianka, prepared a thank-you message for the "brothers" (celebrities) who had cared for and loved him during many weeks at the shared house. Listening to his son's words, Dianka, seated in the audience, broke into tears. In the early days of the show, Danil was shy and often cried, requiring everyone to find ways to comfort him and help him adapt to the new environment. The crew noted Danil's progress in Vietnamese language skills after spending time with the older children.

Dianka shared her joy that her son has become more confident thanks to participating in the show. Goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung said, "I believe that when he grows up and looks back on his childhood, he will be happy and proud to have so many beautiful memories."

Over the past two months, Danil has been recognized by audiences as a child star who helped attract significant interest to the show. Many videos of his expressions and behind-the-scenes interactions have garnered large shares on digital platforms.

Goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung held his son during an interaction at the show. He and Dianka held their wedding in may 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City, and Danil was born in november of the same year.

In the aired episode, actor Van Trang and her husband were present to support their five-year-old daughter, Be Tu. They were happy to see their daughter display energy and eloquence on stage. On the show, Be Tu took on the role of an older sister, with many interactions with guests that attracted millions of views. According to the actor, being separated from her parents to live with the artists helped her daughter reveal aspects of her personality that parents sometimes don't notice, while also learning independence and how to listen to adults.

The "brothers" were visibly moved by the children's affection. Hurrykng shared that through the show, he found a connection that his own childhood rarely offered. Cody Nam Vo and Jsol learned many childcare skills in preparation for becoming fathers in the future. Isaac admitted that the initial days of caring for the children exhausted him. However, through each real-life situation, he learned to be more patient and listen more.

"Anh trai va cai duoi nho" is based on a preschool class format, where children experience life away from their parents and are cared for by participating artists. The celebrity "nannies" included singers and guests such as Hieu Thu Hai, Son.K, Vuong Binh, CongB, Nicky, Dillan, and Lohan.
