Thousands flock to The Vietnam Grand WeddX wedding exhibition

The Vietnam Grand WeddX, the first wedding exhibition in Vietnam to feature an "immersive experience" model and numerous handicraft workshops, attracted thousands of attendees.

On the morning of 4/7, The Vietnam Grand WeddX 2026, a large-scale wedding industry event, opened at VinPalace Co Loa, Vietnam Exhibition Center. The ceremony attracted thousands of guests, including government leaders, representatives from tourism and culture management agencies, and representatives from wedding industry associations and businesses.

The event took place on 4 and 5/7 across exhibition halls totaling 9,000 square meters, bringing together over 60 wedding brands. Organizers anticipated the exhibition would introduce new experiences to the domestic wedding market.

Ngo Thi Huong, general director of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company, stated that The Vietnam Grand WeddX is not merely an exhibition but a long-term strategy developed to become a flagship event. "Through this event, we aim to build a sustainable connection platform for the community, foster innovation, elevate service standards, and help shape the future of this industry in Vietnam," she added.

The 2026 Vietnam Grand WeddX distinguished itself through its significant investment. This marked the first time a wedding exhibition in Vietnam was staged as an immersive experience, with an investment scale comparable to a major music show.

240 square meters of LED screens and 20 mapping projectors created a vibrant atmosphere for the exhibition. The stage was shaped like the letter "S," inspired by the map of Vietnam, symbolizing the connection and convergence of the wedding industry from three regions, where brands and designers from various areas introduced new designs.

Many young couples arrived early to explore, receive wedding service consultations, and seek promotional packages.

Beyond showcasing designs from Ao dai Ha Cuc and Three Tree Jewelry, the exhibition also hosted a series of wedding fashion shows and wedding experiences, featuring collections from Adam Store, En Bridal, LAT Bridal, Bella Couture, Lunedi Bespoke, and Hoang Khanh Wedding & Event.

Attendees also experienced 15 workshops and talk shows throughout the event. Many expressed excitement participating in crafting wedding rings, making bridal veils, groom's boutonnieres, and wedding flowers.

An attendee participated in a makeup workshop.

The exhibition aimed to provide comprehensive solutions, addressing every wedding aspect at a single destination: planning, dress fittings, jewelry selection, venue, honeymoon, direct consultations, and exclusive offer bookings. This model is known as a "One-stop Wedding Destination."

According to the organizers, the exhibition offered 4,000 exclusive vouchers with up to a 50% discount from leading wedding brands. VinPalace specifically provided a 15% discount on wedding banquet packages, including venue and menu, at its VinPalace Co Loa, VinPalace Ocean City, and Almaz locations. Additionally, early-booking customers received a complimentary three-day, two-night honeymoon stay at Vinpearl resorts nationwide, available in limited quantities.

The event is planned to be an annual occurrence. VinPalace expects The Vietnam Grand WeddX to contribute to trend-setting, foster a platform for connecting the business community, and promote Vietnam as a leading wedding destination in the region.
