A week ago, a single mother in mainland China revealed that Xu Xiyuan had paid her medical bills, according to Next Apple. Following her disclosure, many others shared their stories of receiving assistance from the late actress, leading to widespread recognition of her philanthropy on social media.
The mother recounted that her son suffered from epilepsy, with monthly treatment costs of 2,000 CNY (approximately 7,5 million VND). Facing financial hardship and exhaustion, she had repeatedly sought assistance. Xu Xiyuan contacted her to provide financial aid for the child, requesting that the information remain confidential.

Another single mother in Guangxi shared that her daughter battled leukemia, causing immense financial and emotional strain for their family. Through her manager, Xu Xiyuan sent the mother 300,000 CNY (over 1,1 billion VND), adding, "Focus on your child's treatment; if it's not enough, please let me know." The mother reported that her daughter's condition is now controlled, crediting Xu Xiyuan for her child's recovery.

She owned two properties in Xinyi District, Taipei, with a combined value exceeding 500 million TWD (approximately 15 million USD). After her passing, DJ Koo stated that Xu Xiyuan's assets were the result of her hard work, and she always intended to use her earnings to protect her family.
