Hong Kong actor Li Longji, 76, recently relocated from the apartment he shared with his ex-girlfriend, Wang Qinghe, 39, to distance himself from their past relationship. According to St Headline on 3/2, Li Longji moved to a quiet apartment far from the city center, with little traffic at night. He returns home alone and often drives out to handle business during the day, stating that the old apartment held too many memories of Wang Qinghe.
The couple ended their relationship in late 2025 after Li Longji discovered Wang Qinghe already had a husband and children living in mainland China. Despite the revelation, he forgave his ex-girlfriend and wished her a peaceful life. The actor revealed that they maintained a friendly relationship, occasionally contacting each other to inquire about their health and current lives. Wang Qinghe informed him she was in the process of divorcing.

At a court hearing in 6/2024, Wang Qinghe was sentenced to 25 months in prison for 7 offenses, including using false documents, providing false information to seek entry into Hong Kong, and overstaying her permitted duration. She admitted her guilt and accepted the sentence, receiving leniency from the court and being released in 7/2025, after 18 months of detention. After her release, Wang Qinghe returned to her hometown in Foshan to live, while Li Longji remained in Hong Kong.
The truth about Wang Qinghe's marital status came to light last December when a YouTuber posted photos of her in her hometown, claiming she already had a husband and children. According to the source, Wang Qinghe married in 2007 and has a son who is 16 years old this year. The YouTuber also publicly shared a photo of Wang Qinghe having a meal with her husband. Li Longji contacted Wang Qinghe, confirmed the information posted by the YouTuber was true, and the two subsequently broke up.
Li Longji denied ever gifting real estate to Wang Qinghe, stating that upon his divorce, he left most of his assets to his ex-wife. The actor described himself as a romantic, which led to many complications in his relationships.
A familiar face on Hong Kong screens, Li Longji has acted for TVB since the 1980s, appearing in many famous works such as: The Return of the Condor Heroes 1983 (as Wang Chongyang), The Emissary, State of Divinity 1996 (as Ngoc But Ong), Journey to the West 1996 (as Jade Emperor), Miu Tsui Fa, A Case of Misadventure, The Legendary Ranger, The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber 2000 (as Song Yuanqiao), Beyond the Realm of Conscience 2, Forensic Heroes IV, and Sinister Beings.
