Collagen vegan peptide cosmetics launched in Vietnam

German cosmetics brand Etre Belle Cosmetics has introduced its collagen vegan peptide line, aligning with trends in natural, non-invasive beauty and sustainable skin care.

The collagen vegan peptide collection comprises six skin care products: 24h serum, eye cream, day cream, night cream, cream mask, and sheet mask set. A brand representative stated the product line was developed with a philosophy of healthy, sustainable skin care that supports the skin's natural collagen production process.

Collagen vegan peptide utilizes ingredients derived from the red microalgae *Haematococcus pluvialis* and is developed using biotechnology. The product formula combines active ingredients such as ALGAKTIV collagen (microalgae extract), growth signal-mimicking biological peptides, and multi-molecular weight hyaluronic acid to help maintain moisture and improve the skin's foundational structure.

According to a brand representative, this combination of natural ingredients and biotechnology protects the skin's natural barrier and supports internal regeneration. The goal is to improve elasticity and maintain youthful skin over time.

During the launch event, experts discussed the trend of applying biotechnology in the cosmetics industry. According to Doctor Bich Na, a dermatologist, biological peptides in cosmetics can act as biological signals, helping activate skin structure regeneration and improve elasticity over time.

Harry Emich, founder and global chief executive officer of Etre Belle, shared that the brand was established in Germany in 1982. Its focus was on applying European dermatological science and biotechnology in skin care.

“Over 40 years of development, we have consistently pursued core values: European-standard quality, respect for the skin's natural mechanisms, and environmental responsibility,” he stated at the event.

Etre Belle products in Vietnam are distributed by P2H Trade and Services Joint Stock Company (P2H Group). This event also marks 15 years of cooperation between the German brand and its strategic partner in the Vietnamese market.

According to a company representative, introducing the collagen vegan peptide product line to the domestic market aims to expand options for consumers interested in biotechnology-applied and vegan-sourced skin care solutions.
