Hanoi Medical University Hospital partners with Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital

The two hospitals signed a professional cooperation agreement to enhance the quality of medical examination and treatment and expand access to high-quality healthcare services for patients in Hanoi.

On 22/11, Hanoi Medical University Hospital and Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital signed a professional cooperation agreement. This partnership aims to strengthen their capacity for consultations, surgeries, and standardized treatment processes for patient care, offering Hanoi residents more avenues to access healthcare services directly in the city.

Previously, in January, the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), outlining directions for professional support, training, and collaboration in medical examination and treatment activities. The MOU established a foundation for the hospitals to enhance professional exchange and develop a cooperation plan tailored to practical needs.

Under this cooperation framework, experts from Hanoi Medical University Hospital will directly provide professional support at Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital. This includes clinical consultations, interdisciplinary discussions, coordinated patient care, and participation in surgical and procedural interventions. The collaboration with an experienced medical team enhances treatment quality, supports effective management of complex cases, and ensures patient safety throughout the care process.

"The coordination between the two hospitals optimizes medical examination and treatment processes, reduces the burden on higher-level facilities, and provides residents with access to specialized healthcare services right in central Hanoi", shared a leader from Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital.

The partnership with Hanoi Medical University Hospital establishes a foundation for high-tech development, technology transfer, and improving the capabilities of its medical team, aiming to better serve patients.

From a patient's perspective, this professional cooperation is expected to directly transform the healthcare experience. With enhanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities at private medical facilities through coordinated treatment and surgical mechanisms, patients gain more options for specialized services in Hanoi, reducing travel time, waiting periods, and associated costs.
