On 22/7, a representative from the Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital reported that the patient suffered complex injuries, including fractures to the first and second toes of his right foot, a fracture to the first toe of his left foot, and significant blood loss.
Doctors cleaned and stitched the wound on the patient's head and splinted his fractured toes. He is currently in stable condition and remains in the hospital for further observation and treatment.
With the unpredictable nature of storm season weather, doctors advise against climbing or cutting trees without proper safety equipment. They emphasize the importance of accident prevention during this period.
The hospital also urges patients and their families to remain indoors during storms for their safety. They recommend keeping windows and hallway doors closed during high winds.
