On the afternoon of 23/11, Ho Chi Minh City Police, in coordination with Trung My Tay Ward, examined the scene at a high-rise on Nguyen Huu Canh Street, where a large bag containing a human body was discovered.

Earlier that afternoon, residents of the building noticed two men carrying a suitcase and a large bag leaving the premises. Detecting a strange odor, several residents attempted to stop them, but the men abandoned their belongings and fled in a taxi.

Upon inspecting the large bag, residents discovered a human body inside. Investigators are currently searching for the suspects and working to clarify the incident.
