On the afternoon of 10/12, residents in an alley on Nguyen Chi Thanh street, La Gi ward, discovered the victim dead outside his house, surrounded by a significant amount of blood.

Police arrived shortly after, cordoning off the scene and instructing residents to keep their distance.

Initially, authorities suspect a relative of the victim is involved in the murder and are currently searching for the suspect.
