She intends to submit her resignation after receiving her Tet bonus, with plans to open a restaurant serving three meals a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—for workers at a nearby garment factory.

However, her recent research through various media outlets indicates that business households now face relatively complex tax declaration procedures, quite similar to those for enterprises.

Given the scale and nature of this food and beverage business, Minh Tuyet is undecided whether to register as a business household or establish an enterprise. She would greatly appreciate any advice.
