On the morning of 21/11, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's decision on personnel work for Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tung, 41.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tung has served in the public security force for an extended period, holding significant command roles at C03.

In his acceptance speech, Tung expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security. The new director stated he would continuously develop his political acumen, professional knowledge, and quickly adapt to local duties.

A day earlier, the Minister of Public Security also decided to transfer and appoint Senior Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang, 43, deputy director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, as director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

Major General Nguyen Huu Manh, 48, director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, was transferred to serve as director general of the Internal Security Department.
