On 21/12, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Traffic Police Department announced it had collaborated with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Immigration Management Department and Bac Nha Trang Ward Police to summon a 34-year-old Russian national for questioning regarding alleged violations.
This action followed three days after a video went viral on social media. The footage showed a woman, clad in a short skirt and revealing underwear, operating a large displacement motorcycle and performing stunts like kneeling and lying on the seat.
She initially admitted to performing these actions on various roads in Cam Lam commune during January and June of this year.

Investigations by the Traffic Police Department revealed that a man in Tan Dinh commune initially owned the large displacement motorcycle. He sold it to a motorcycle shop in Ninh Hoa ward, which then sold it to a Russian man. This man later gifted the motorcycle to the woman.
Due to indications of disturbing public order, the Traffic Police Department has transferred the case file to the Criminal Police Department for further investigation.
The Traffic Police Department urged all individuals, including foreign nationals residing in Vietnam, to strictly adhere to road traffic safety regulations and avoid dangerous or offensive behaviors.
In early 2024, model and actress Ngoc Trinh received a one-year suspended sentence from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court for disturbing public order. Her conviction stemmed from dangerous stunts on a Ducati motorcycle, including kneeling, lying on the seat, standing on one side, and riding hands-free.
