The surrender is linked to an incident that occurred on the evening of 6/6/2024. According to investigators, Anh and his friends were at a pub near the Ngo Quyen - Nguyen Dinh Chieu intersection in Buon Ma Thuot ward. Tran Thi Van, 32, from the same ward, was with her friends at a nearby table.
During the gathering, a dispute arose between the two groups, leading to an argument and a physical fight. Anh is accused of throwing a glass, which struck a person in Van's group, causing injury.
Meanwhile, Van left the scene, got into her car, and repeatedly rammed a vehicle belonging to the opposing group, which was parked outside, resulting in damage to two cars.
