Yesterday, a video circulated on social media showing two teenagers being assaulted by a man in the parking area in front of a game and internet shop in Tan Thoi Hiep ward.

In the video, the man, wearing a red shirt, repeatedly struck the two teenagers with a plastic bin lid, a dustpan, a helmet, his hands, and feet. Even after the victims fell to the tiled ground, he continued to kick them in the face.
Initial investigations reveal the incident occurred in the early morning of 23/5 at a game shop on To Ky street. The two boys, aged 12 and 13, were assaulted by the 30-year-old shop owner.
Authorities have interviewed the two boys, but the shop owner is currently unavailable.
