On 28/7, Truong, from Lien Son Lak commune, was arrested by Dak Lak Provincial Police for robbery.

According to the investigation, on the evening of 21/7, Tran, 20, was riding a motorbike on an inter-hamlet road in Dur Kmal commune when Truong called out, asking for a ride. Tran refused, as he was almost home. However, Truong still forced his way onto the bike, pushing Tran back, and drove the vehicle away.

Soon after, Truong threatened and punched Tran in the face, causing him to fall onto the road. Truong then stole the motorbike and fled.

At the investigation agency, Truong confessed to pawning the motorbike for 3 million dong, which he used for personal expenses.
