Police in Dak Lak have arrested Y Liat Enuol, 39, following an extensive overnight search. He is accused of attacking his brother-in-law, Y Biung Nie, 39, with a stone and then drowning him in a pond.
The incident unfolded on the evening of 4/1 when residents of Mblot hamlet, Ia Na commune, reported hearing unusual screams. Shortly after, they discovered Y Biung Nie's body in a pond and immediately alerted authorities.
Upon examining the scene, police initially determined that the victim died from head injuries consistent with being struck by a stone. Y Liat Enuol, the victim's brother-in-law, was identified as the primary suspect.

Numerous police officers were mobilized to search for Y Liat Enuol throughout the night. Their efforts led to his apprehension the following morning, 5/1.
The case is currently under investigation.
