On 12/10, the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Hue City Police announced that it has charged 15 individuals with disturbing public order. Among them, seven were detained, and eight were restricted from leaving their residence.

Initial investigations revealed that on the evening of 19/9, Hop, residing in Thuan Hoa ward, was chased and beaten by an unidentified group near the Thuy Duong overpass in Thanh Thuy ward.

Around 23h30 on 21/9, Hop, along with ba other individuals, carried weapons and rode motorcycles at high speed through several streets, searching for the group that had attacked him.

Upon reaching the Nguyen Cong Duan - Tran Duy Hung intersection, Hop's group encountered another group of youths gathering in the middle of the road. Believing these were his previous attackers, Hop and his companions charged at and attacked them.

Both sides then used weapons to chase and attack each other across many streets in the city, disrupting public order and endangering passersby.

Hue City Police subsequently identified and apprehended those involved, leading to the prosecution of 15 individuals for investigation.
