TikToker Ho Van Khoa announced this morning he would report to the police at 3 PM today, four days after Bac Ninh provincial police issued a search warrant for him. Police sought Khoa to investigate a public disturbance. Khoa posted a video on his verified Facebook page to clarify his involvement, stating he received three summonses.
The incident is linked to TikToker Khanh Sky, whom Bac Ninh provincial police emergency arrested for investigation into public disturbance. According to a 15-minute livestream, Khanh Sky, whose real name is Nguyen Van Hoi, 34 years old, uttered many insults, threats, and challenges. While livestreaming, Khanh Sky entered the workshop area of Tran Dinh Tiep (TikToker Vua Quat) in Tam Giang commune, Bac Ninh province, loudly demanding Vua Quat come out. In the video, Khanh Sky stated, "at most, I'll go to jail, why be afraid?"
Khoa explained that on 29/7, he accompanied Khanh Sky, who asked him for a ride to Vua Quat's production workshop. Khoa claimed he advised Khanh Sky not to fight or curse there. Khanh Sky reportedly reassured him, saying he was just going to buy a fan as he had already paid a deposit. However, Khoa stated that upon seeing Khanh Sky making inappropriate remarks during the livestream at the workshop, he decided not to go inside.
