Tuan and Hai are accused of being part of a network that illegally imported large-displacement motorcycles and then legalized the origin of these vehicles, which are prohibited from entering the Vietnamese market.

Police stated that during the search, they confiscated numerous documents, items, and other assets showing signs of legal violations. However, specific details of the infractions have not yet been released.
